 Since forming VMGI, we have successfully delivered outstanding project results due to our unique approach to management consulting. For example, the net sum of several projects completed during the past two years produced an annual, recurring performance improvement opportunity of 20 times VMGI fees.

During a financial services career spanning nearly 20 years, I have demonstrated an ability to lead clients in the development of vision, strategies, and business objectives. Examples include:

·         Developed infrastructure solutions for leading consumer financial service organizations in terms of requirements, process redesign opportunities, and change management. 

·         Directed activity based costing and management efforts that resulted in the identification of process redesign opportunities and significant cost performance improvements.

·         Develop the strategies and implementation plan to improve organization performance between banking institutions’ business lines and internal technology/service organizations.

·         Identification of enabling point solutions for a variety of functions such as data processing and analytics, credit origination, collections/recovery management, customer service, back office operations, fraud management.

·         Developed customer management strategies designed to increase business unit, customer and household profitability through information-enabled balance build, attrition management, and customer acquisition techniques.

·        Reviewed and evaluated the impact of electronic commerce-enabled alternative product and service strategies.

·         Developed a detailed knowledge of third party credit card processors (e.g. First Data Resources and Total Systems Services) in all aspects of their business.

·        Detailed knowledge of cost, quality and performance drivers for all meaningful components to the consumer lending business, which provides a strong foundation for business requirements, strategy development, and fact-based change management.
